He has a Certificate of Completion in “Accounting as an Aid to Management” and has served as Secretary to the Chairman on Rules, Order, and Administration at the NTLA. Gbortee has taught at various educational levels and lectured at Evangel Christian University College. He is proficient in accounting principles, financial management, and has a strong understanding of credit unions. His experience includes maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and managing accounts. Gbortee has also successfully managed microfinance initiatives, providing small loans to credit union members. He is a dedicated professional committed to continuous learning and teamwork. Massa Guiyan Govergo is the Operation Manager at Liberia Finance & Trust Corporation. Massa is an experienced banker having worked at National Housing & Savings Bank, Atlantic Finance Corporation, Strategic Consultant Group, and Liberia Business Incubator (LBI) in Monrovia, Liberia. Alongside his managerial roles, he has also served as an instructor at Lincoln College of Professional Studies. Massa holds a BBs degree in Accounting and Management from AME University. He is currently an MBA candidate at the University of Liberia
