Massa is an experienced banker having worked at National Housing & Savings Bank, Atlantic Finance Corporation, Strategic Consultant Group, and Liberia Business Incubator (LBI) in Monrovia, Liberia. Alongside his managerial roles, he has also served as an instructor at Lincoln College of Professional Studies. Massa holds a BBs degree in Accounting and Management from AME University.
